We are seeking an entrepreneurial Data Analyst who will be responsible for analysing performance of foodpanda’s subscriptions program (pandapro) and pricing strategies. She/he will report to the Lead of Insights & Analytics (APAC), and work closely with the User Engagements and Pricing Team to build strategy for the subscription program across all APAC markets, as well as conducting analyses on foodpanda’s pricing strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of subscriptions performance across APAC markets to help devise how pandapro can best target quality customers and achieve sustained growth in each market
- Build performance reports for subscription program, evaluating user acquisition and retention, purchasing behaviour and financial profitability
- Conduct benchmarking of subscription programmes by competitors and other industries to recommend improvement ideas and product strategy
- Conduct in-depth analysis to evaluate pricing strategies across APAC and build performance reports for pricing experiments
- Build dashboard visualisations to support business stakeholders’ day-to-day operations and decision making
- Build and maintain data models and data pipelines to enable accurate and reliable reporting of business metrics and OKRs
- Assist in building financial models and projections based on historical data
