The Gaming Compliance and Audit position oversees compliance and audit matters for business system gaming, ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include addressing past non-compliance incidents, tracking follow-up actions, and implementing efficient compliance governance processes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide compliance support and consulting services to support business objectives and risk mitigation.
- Act as the main point of contact for addressing regulatory queries, collaborating closely with Compliance and other Business Users.
- Retrieve technical information or historical data from gaming systems for regulatory authorities within set timelines.
- Manage data and documents for past and ongoing non-compliance incidents.
- Interface with vendors and business users for system investigations related to potential non-compliance.
- Lead compliance-related projects and provide support for system troubleshooting and enhancements.
- Coordinate internal and external audit reviews, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and track follow-up actions.
Qualification:
- Professional ethics and attention to detail
- Technical discipline with an IT background
- Proficiency in SQL database management and query
- Experience with automation tools preferred
- Background in risk mitigation, business process consulting, internal audit, or ethics and compliance in a multinational company
- Basic project management knowledge
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative problem-solving approach
- Excellent analytical capabilities and verbal/written communication skills
- Fluency in English with clear and concise writing ability
