Responsibilities:
- Coordinates digital solution implementation
- Assists in testing & Commissioning of digital solutions
- Supports Troubleshooting on field
- Basic Service, IoT solution configurations
- Monitors and responds to Events/Alarms of installed based at command centre
- Logging of activities, daily monitoring of status & backup management
- Liaises with 3rd party command centre for incident management
- Works directly with operations & field engineers onboard installed based
- Reacts and advises on Failure mode rectification
- Supports Root Cause Analysis and troubleshooting remotely
Requirements:
- Diploma /Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of Marine /Operations and Field Service experience
- In Depth offshore /marine system (equipment level & control system level) understanding
- Prior maintenance planning know how
- Basic Understanding of construction drawings (SLD & PNID)
- Basic IT programming knowledge preferred
- Has high integrity, mature and self-motivated
- Organisational and time management skill is a must
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- A team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work well with both internal and external stakeholders
