Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible in handling Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Assist in cashflow planning, ensure accurate update of bank records and reconciliation
- Assist in monthly general ledger journals, schedules and closing activities
- Proficiency in MS Excel spreadsheet software.
- Experience with creating and managing spreadsheets, including formula functions.
- Include the process of receiving payments from customers through Nets Terminal for walk in customers.
- Ad hoc administrative and sales support tasks
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Marketing/Business Administration and equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 year of relevant working experience.
