A HR Analyst/Assistant Manager role in Singapore for a Financial Institution.
Your new company
The client is a Global Financial Institution with a presence in Singapore. They are looking for a HR Analyst/Assistant Manager strong in payroll to join their shared service centre.
Your new role
You will be mainly responsible for Singapore Payroll, as well as APAC HR Operations and ad-hoc Risk & Controls matters. You will ensure timely payment and accurate submission of tax and reporting; you will also respond to any incoming HR queries and handle any employee contracts/HR audit/employee data updates.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will need at least 3 years of HR generalist experience, as well as:
- 2 years in-house payroll experience
- (bonus) Experience dealing with Hong Kong payroll
- HRIS implementation exposure
