Job Descriptions
· Responsible for the daily service operations of the company;
· Plan, supervise, execute and follow-up on all servicing actions and schedules;
· Lead and supervise engineers to carry out site servicing and operations.
· Perform installation, testing, troubleshooting of vacuum equipments.
· Carry our preventive maintenance work for company and client sites.
· Capable of handling situational problems, looking into customer’s complaints and initiating corrective actions.
· Conduct On-Site maintenance services including Preventive Maintenance (PM) & Corrective Maintenance (CM)
· To prepare reports, documentation, quotation for site works.
· To perform troubleshooting independently.
· Ensure the compliance to ISO Standards and processes, WHS regulations, Code of Practices, Standards (QA/QC requirements) and Safe Management Measures;
· Prepare, submission and filing of related reports such as Risk Assessment (RA), Method of Statement (MOS), Manpower Appointment, Permit to Work and etc;
· Ensure all documentation of records are up to date and filed accordingly;
· Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Minimum Higher NITEC/NTC2 or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 5-8 years' relevant experience.
· Candidate must possess at least Higher NITEC/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent.
· Understanding of Electrical / Pneumatics / Hydraulics systems
· Understanding of electrical single line diagrams.
· On-the-job training will be provided
· Software knowledge: Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint;
· Must be dynamic, innovative, meticulous with positive working attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills;
· Possess Building Construction Safety Supervisor Certificate will be preferred
· Possess Work-At-Height Supervisor/Assessor certificate will be preferred
· Possess Confined Space Assessor will be preferred
· Possess Lifting Supervisor will be preferred
· With a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license and own transport will be of advantage.
