Working Hours: 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities:
- Updating shipping dates/controlling stock
- Maintain and perform shipping administrative functions for customer accounts
- Assist in scheduling the coordination of release of equipment to hauliers and customers
- Assist fleet operator with any incident and accident reporting
- Assist in vendor management of depot and haulier suppliers
- Operations administrative tasks assigned
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Min 1 year of experience in shipping/freight forwarding industry
