Responsibilities:
1) Sales Order Processing: Efficiently manage the end-to-end process of sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Assisting with inventory management tasks, such as conducting Good Recieved Note (GRN) in the system.
2) Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
3) Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Order Processing and related operations.
2. Diploma in [relevant field] is preferred.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
