Job Scope
- Attend to Incoming calls
- Process Quotation, Sales Order, Payment
- Check payment status and update in system
- Update customer on delivery date or revised schedule
- Ensure that all orders are acknowledged, and all orders are executed timely
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customer be it Sales Order or Shipping document
- Process rejects on quotation or shipment to customer
- To meet on time delivery as per delivery commitment
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- To prepare and update report
- Attend meeting when required
- Willing to assign to any other task when required
Requirements and skills - Diploma in Supply Chain/Business/Production/Manufacturing
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or planning or buying
- Knowledge & have experience in MS Office and ERP systems would be preferred
- Able to communicate and write well
- Able to think fast and is solution oriented
- Must be team player
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
