Location: Near Downtown MRT
Working hours: Mon – Fri
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day business operation
- Perform front desk reception duty
- Attend customers/walk-in guests/ vendors in a professional and warm manner
- Follow up with any necessary administrative support
- Able to communicate products usage to customers clearly
- Receive goods that are delivered to office
- Comfortable in shifting and moving boxes when delivery items arrive to relocate items around office
- Ensure upkeep and maintenance of all meeting rooms such as cleanliness, neat and functionally working of all fixtures and equipment, arranging for repair or maintenance whenever necessary
- Assist in stationary stocking, office equipment and pantry supplies
- Provide admin & liaison support to management
- Support ad-hoc duties, projects, and coordinate company activities as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE “O” Level certification
- Must have the knowledge and ability in using basic Microsoft Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Must be able to converse in English and Mandarin
- Good customer service skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a team environment
- High level of initiative and is a good team player
- Must be an animal lover
