- Capital Expansion and Management: According to the company's operational status and the dynamics of financial markets, effectively organize and manage the company's capital and financing activities. This includes expanding resources through partnerships with various banks and financial institutions in Singapore. Coordinate and arrange financial resources to optimally allocate and operate funds, enhancing the overall efficiency of resource use and reducing capital costs.
- Budget Management: Take full responsibility for managing the company’s budget. This involves organizing and preparing annual budgets, decomposing internal budget targets, and conducting ongoing tracking and analysis.
- Tax Management: Oversee the organization and completion of various tax-related tasks including tax planning, audits, consulting, and inspections. Coordinate GTP and other localized tax operations, maintain relationships with tax entities, and ensure timely updates of localized fiscal and tax policies in collaboration with the headquarters in China.
- Accounting: Handle platform reimbursement processes and understand local business accounting rules. Ensure timely accounting of company operations, preparation of various accounting and tax reports, and submission of both internal and external reports. Manage internal control audits, local annual reviews, and assist with domestic annual reviews in China.
- Industry Research and Internal Audits: Organize industry research and internal audits across various company divisions, providing advisory guidance as needed.
- Team Management: Manage the distribution of work, training, and performance reviews for subordinates. Perform scientific and rational performance evaluations and offer recommendations for promotions, reassignments, and appointments.
- Internal and External Communication and Relationship Maintenance: Coordinate relationships with the Finance Center at the headquarters in China, various business units, other departments, and external parties such as financial institutions and tax authorities.
