Being part of the Account Management team, the candidate will be the first point of contact and ensure that the Agency is in the best position to offer communication solutions to our clients, in partnership with the Account Director and Managing Director (when required). It includes growing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Managing integrated communication campaigns with strategic and creative oversight will be important, as our work spans local to global brands and industries in Airline, FMCG, Lifestyle, Beauty, Wellness, and Education. This position is full-time and located in our Singapore office.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Strong client communication and efficient management of integrated campaigns
  • Ensure creative work and proposals are on-brand and provide solution-driven service to clients
  • Drive and oversee day-to-day development of projects (timelines, budgets, scopes) with minimal supervision
  • Comprehend market trends & factors to identify opportunities and formulate solutions
  • Review and solve mid-level issues among key stakeholders
  • Collaborate and manage internal & external stakeholders efficiently
  • Propagate a seamless working environment between internal & external stakeholders to ensure true sharing of information, goals, and knowledge
  • Work with the Account Director in strategic and business directions to meet client’s objectives
  • Display leadership qualities by managing and resolving conflicts, motivating or/and inspiring teams and showing empathy & EQ.
  • Prompt with administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, finance-related matters, and providing support to the team when required

Your Profile & Role Competencies:

  • At least 2-3 years of agency experience in an Account Management role, with 1 year of experience as an Account Manager.
  • Degree in advertising, marketing, mass communication, or related field
  • Effective consultation, presentation building, and relationship management skills
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, show resourcefulness with solid project and risk management skills
  • Good sense of financial management
  • Able to work independently, handle pressure with a calm disposition, and perform within tight deadlines
  • Able to apply industry and business knowledge, with clear strategic and analytical thinking
  • Ability to make sense of and draw on insights, data, and wider research
  • The gatekeeper for delivery, resourcing, profitability, and efficiency by ensuring scope, goals, deliverables and briefs are of the right standards and quality
  • A team player with a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and responsibility
  • Good commercial awareness with experience in traditional & digital media production
