Job Description
- Providing Local IT support to Singapore Office, and remote support alongside the rest of the Service Desk team in all international offices (UK, possibly also China and India)
- Reviewing UK Service Desk Team tickets, assisting and closing.
- Assist and work on any Projects or Business as usual tasks set by Service Desk Lead, Manager and IT Director
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting incoming incidents within agreed SLA targets
- Providing general support and maintenance of all laptops and mobile devices
- Office 365 administration
- User account and domain management
- Maintaining the Software and Hardware inventories
- Management and support of all printers and photocopiers
- Management and support of onsite Audio-Visual equipment
- Producing and improving the corporate IT Knowledge Base
- Maintaining assets in CMDB system
The Successful Applicant
- At least 5 years of working experience in relevant field.
- Proficiency in : Office 365 Administration, Active Directory, Intune Administration, Software & Hardware Troubleshootings.
- Good communication skills, you are articulative and able to speak with different type of stakeholders.
- Proactive, demonstrate past initiatives, self-direct/ self-started.
- Good problem solving skills / Resourceful.
