- Support Commercial Team in Pre to Post sales processes
- Support clinical cases for Pre and Post Sales support
- Collect all information needed from site post PO received for Applications team, eg configuration of ML ordered.
- Conduct training on site for the user team below installation work is commended.
- Conduct installation work and ensure first 5-10 cases performed delivered a delightful experience to the customers
- Perform trouble shooting and calibration tasks
- Perform training to distributors and users as needed.
- Territory : APAC except China
