Your Role
Reporting to the Head of Distribution – APAC, this exciting position is responsible leading strategic and long-term projects for the Life Science distribution network in APAC. Leader that is responsible for driving projects from ideas to execution. In addition, candidate will lead a team of technical contributors responsible for implementation of regional projects across APAC.

- Project Management – Candidate is capable of planning, leading and executing significant programs of work as well as complex, regional and cross-functional projects. Uses structured project management methodology and tools as well as coaches others in these techniques.
- Innovation – Candidate is capable of applying creative solutions to network needs while minimizing investments and optimizing capabilities.
- Analytical Skills - Suitable candidate will also demonstrate exceptionally good analytical skills and an ability to translate raw information into actionable strategies and initiatives.
- Collaboration - Candidate plays a highly collaborative role and will routinely work with the senior leaders in setting the vision and agenda of the distribution network and work with the local teams in developing clear roadmaps. Able to utilize a strong toolbox of influence skills to effectively manage across a matrixed organization.
- Communication Skills – Candidate must additionally be a strong communicator, both verbally and in written form. This is a highly collaborative role across multiple levels of the organization. As such, candidate must have the ability to clearly convey complex information and topics in a simple and informative method.
Who You Are
- BS degree in a scientific, technical, or management discipline – Engineering a plus
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience, preferably in a strategic or supply chain & distribution role
- Experience with frequent visibility and interaction with senior level managers
- Strong understanding of biotech and pharmaceutical customer expectations of Life Science suppliers a plus
- Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO and cGMP.
- Experience in regulated industry (medical device, pharma, biotech) a plus.
- Black Belt or Green Belt a plus.
- PMP a plus.

- Proven strong leadership skills w/ ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage a complex and fast paced environment. Able to triage workload effectively to drive departmental focus.
- Requisite confidence and experience to drive effective, pragmatic and risk-based decisions.
- High intellectual horsepower with proven problem solving ability and troubleshooting skills. Good decision maker.
- Collaborative and likeable team player. Always looking to share and advance best practices.
- Ability to drive change and challenge the status quo in a respectful/professional manner.
- Experience with structured problem solving techniques is desired.
- Strong presentation and project management skills.
