Job Description
- Ensure high On-Time Delivery from the Original Design Manufacturer suppliers and manage production scheduling
- Address critical material shortages by coordinating allocation between ODM and AVL suppliers for shipment priority
- Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to achieve product delivery and successful NPI launches while minimising financial impact from reduced demand
- Enforce continuous process improvement, manage supplier performance metrics, and establish strategic partnerships to enhance flexibility and support
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 5 years of experience in electronic manufacturing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a logical and outgoing demeanor
- Detail-oriented, results-driven, and proficient in analytical tasks
- Fluency in both spoken English and Mandarin and willingness to conduct quarterly supplier visits
- Proficiency in ERP systems (such as Oracle) and MS Office
