- Salary: Basic up to SGD 3,200 + AWS + Objective Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Developing and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Using cutting-edge I/O Psychology and technology tools to source, screen, and present top talent.
- Conducting interviews and discussions to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Providing insightful market intelligence and recruitment advice to clients and candidates.
- Collaborating closely with our team from both the recruitment and IT departments to innovate and enhance our recruitment strategies.
- Staying updated on current employment legislation and regulations.
- Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- While individuals with 1-2 years in HR/ Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition will have an advantage, we're particularly receptive to those new to the field and eager to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport and trust.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work autonomously.
- If you currently don't possess a CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) certification, you should be willing to undertake the exam and obtain it.
