Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain contract management systems and policies in the Corporate.
- Review business requirements for new contracts and scrutinize the tender/contract documents.
- Raise red flags and offer mitigation to reduce contractual risks.
- Draft, negotiate, review, and maintain a range of contract documents required by the Group.
- Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on financial performance of contracts including budget, cashflow and profitability forecast, cost/value reconciliation and advising on appropriate actions to the senior management and operation teams.
- Processes good level of skillset in collaboration, conflict resolution, risk, and people management.
- Managing claims, dispute resolution and record keeping.
- Preferable with working knowledge of construction business, finance, legal, tender, sales, and sourcing,
- Serve a liaison between all companies, departments, employees involved in the execution of legal agreement, fulfilling timely execution and overall compliance,
- Facilitate legal discussions around unresolved contract issues,
- Defining the approval chain and documenting approvals from internal stakeholder and issuance of finalized contract for signature,
- Managing the contract library by securely organizing, storing, and retrieving of all contracts.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in law/legal or equivalent.
- 5-10 years of practical field experience in contract management for EPC/Construction industry.
- Experience in executing both public sector contracting is an added advantage.
- Good negotiation skill and experienced in resolving disputes and claims.
- Good communication skills and command of written skills.
