Responsibilities:
- Assist Regulatory Affairs Director in providing regulatory activities and product safety support for Reckitt products (Health, Nutrition and Hygiene category).
- Lead the on-going regulatory compliance, notification, and registration of Reckitt products.
- Lead and co-ordinate the resolution of regulatory including Code of Ethics movement, medical, product safety issues affecting assigned Reckitt category in the country.
- Support the Regulatory Affairs Director to provide regulatory affairs support and consultancy to internal and external customers in a business-oriented way.
- Liaise with a range of colleagues from Country marketing, R&D, supply, and global/regional regulatory teams, and work closely with external partners, contractors and licensees to ensure that regulatory, safety and medical affairs issues are properly managed and resolved.
Requirements:
- Registered Pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council and able to hold the Poison License.
- Minimum 3-5 years experiences in the OTC market (or regulated healthcare category e.g. cosmetics, medical devices, food supplement, biocides), food industry and within a FMCG environment, with experience in Regulatory and/or Safety.
- Broad knowledge of Singapore and Brunei regulatory healthcare systems, food act and regulations as well as Code of Ethics; and knowledge on International Regulation Standard is an added advantage.
- Experience in handling issues resolution in regulatory affairs.
- Proven track record in active collaboration with R&D and non-R&D functions as well as third parties.
- Ability to effectively manage projects and relationships with local partners, contractors and consultants to achieve Reckitt’s objectives.
