Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate as part of a team in the drive of the Group’s compliance programme which include developing and implementing compliance policies, processes and training.
- Help to implement an effective monitoring strategy to ensure compliance program is effective and adheres to the Integrated Assurance Framework (IAF) - 3 Lines of Defence Model.
- Conduct and track compliance trainings to employees across the group.
- Review data analytics results related to compliance programme (e.g. extraordinary payments, data loss incidences).
- Be a trusted advisor and business partner to leaders and employees across the organization to instil a culture that support ethics, code of conduct and compliance policies.
- Support and collaborate with other departments such as Group Risk, Group Integrated Audit, Group Human Resources, Group Digital - Cybersecurity, Group Strategic Communications & Group Sustainability, including the Markets and Business Units.
Skills
- Possess a good track record of integrity and a role model that is suited for this role.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 Years demonstrable experience working within a multinational environment or in a comparable compliance role.
- Possess hands-on experience of on-boarding counterparties in Asia Pacific and the Middle East and conduct due diligence and enhanced due diligence on merger and acquisition targets.
Job Requirements
- A relevant degree or professional qualification and certification relating to legal or compliance (e.g. ACCA, CIA, Paralegal Diploma, and any other relevant compliance certification)
- Commercial compliance experience would be highly advantageous (e.g., Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Data Privacy and Protection, Conflict of Interest, Anti Money Laundering and Know Your Customer (KYC).
