This is 12-month renewable contract
Responsibilities:
1. Keep an eye on our system's health and performance, making sure everything runs smoothly (24/7 rotational shift)
2. Assist in rolling out new applications and systems to ensure they work seamlessly
3. Requirement gathering
4. Help coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and performance testing sessions
5. Handle system enhancement requests and work with vendors to get things done
6. Support SQL troubleshooting efforts during incidents to keep operations smooth
7. Ensure our systems and processes comply with regulations and internal standards
Requirements:
1. 2 years of experience using SQL to perform troubleshooting
2. 2 years of experience in L2 Support (UAT)
3. Be comfortable in providing 24/7 support (rotational shift)
4. Have good understanding in Jira for raised tickets
5. Be comfortable working in a fast Agile environment
6. Managing of multiple stakeholders
