The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to look for Project assistants to support ISO20022 project.
- Office Location: CBP
- 12 months contract
Responsibilities:
1) To analyze and provide inferences on specialized Payment functions related to SWIFT and payment messages like like PACS008/009, MT103/202/900/910 & CAMT series.
2) To support the Project manager effectively on administrative and logistical tasks.
3) To closely work with the Project team for successful on-time Project delivery.
4) To track Project progress and monitor work plan execution.
5) To schedule relevant Project meetings, take notes and prepare the MoM.
6) To articulate business case scenarios and contribute towards the development and scoping of the Project.
7) To help coordinate with surround Project team members to achieve project objectives.
8) To support the different testing cycles, analyze the results and submit observations to the Project Manager.
9) To ensure that all Project work is carried out as per the defined standards and procedures.
10) To create all Project related documentation and participate in project related walkthroughs.
11) To prepare all Project related reports.
12) To highlight risk and issues impacting the project to the Project Manager.
Requirements:
1) Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Business/ Finance or equivalent
2) Must have prior experience in Payments/Remittances/Telegraphic Transfer Operations
3) Must have at-least 3 years prior experience in Project Assistant role
4) Must have in-depth and hands-on knowledge in SWIFT, Payment Messages like PACS008/009, MT103/202/900/910 & CAMT series.
5) Must have skills to collect, analyse data, draw insights and make recommendation.
6) Must have good leadership and administrative skills.
7) Must have excellent communication skills to interact with Project teams efficiently.
