Job Description:
- Oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) aspects of the project.
- Coordinate MEP design, procurement, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Attend authority inspection and meeting
- Interpret Authority code and project requirement for construction
- Implement QA/QC procedures for MEP installations.
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
- Address and resolve MEP-related non-conformities
- Evaluate lessons learned from previous projects and implement improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in MEP technology and construction methods.
- Ensure MEP installations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Implement measures to mitigate risks and promote a safe working environment.
