We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Logistics & Admin Support Executive to join our team at Aexel Biomed Pte Ltd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to sales team and the logistics section, ensuring the smooth operation of logistics operations and supply chain management.
*Roles & Responsibilities:*
Admin Support
- Assist Finance Manager in AR function(prepare and send out monthly statement of accounts to customers, follow up on AR collection)
- Generate quotations, invoices, delivery orders
- Prepare month-end Sales listing report
- Perform other sales and admin related ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Logistics support
- Coordinate with local and overseas suppliers on orders and shipments(inward and outward)
- Packing of products and arrange for delivery to customers and suppliers.
- To receive and record new stocks in Autocount inventory system
- Maintain and update list of consumables and inventory and alert when hot selling items are low in stocks.
-perform year end stock take.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures
*Requirements:*
- ITE and above (Accounting preferred, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
