Job Duties:
- Collaborate with vendors and system integrators for post go-live enhancements and subsequent Global Rollout projects.
- Participate in various project activities including requirements validation, technical design, implementation, test plan execution, infrastructure setup, data cleansing, and systems migration.
- Assess and provide solutions to meet functional requirements and resolve technical challenges with the solution architect and software designers.
- Serve as the key on-site contact person post-project live to offer system administrative support to the local user community as the ETRM Systems Analyst.
- Work with developers as L2 support to manage daily incidences and change requests of the ETRM, and assist in developing a support model for the business with relevant SLA metrics.
- Capture and raise system enhancement or bug fixing requests/reports to the vendor support team, monitor and follow up on request fulfillment or bug resolutions, then test and implement them in the test environment before deployment to the live environment.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in system analysis and support within ETRM, Trading, or Finance industries, with active involvement in system deployment projects and support tasks.
- Hands-on experience in direct project implementation, serving as a core member, for major ETRMS platforms such as ASPECT, Enuit, OPENLINK, Allegro, Triple Point, etc. Involvement in systems and technical analysis during project delivery and subsequent operations.
- Proficiency in Level 1 and/or 2 Support roles, demonstrating a thorough understanding of business and systems processes across the entire value chain.
- Consistent engagement with end-users to drive new initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing business processes and system capabilities.
- Strong background in SQL database query language, along with expertise in data analysis and data visualization techniques.
