Custodio Technologies Pte Ltd. is a Singapore-based cybersecurity R&D innovation centre. It is looking for a Manager / Business Analyst (Partnership) to be part of its team of passionate cyber security professionals and researchers.
Custodio Technologies engages in novel and innovative research, with the goal of developing fully-fledged solutions for implementation globally. Focusing on proactive defense approaches, it spearheads R&D activities in the field of cyber early warning as well as cybercrime prevention, forensics, and investigation for law enforcement agencies.
Position Overview
This role reports to the General Manager and plays a critical role in supporting the growth of the business. This multifaceted position encompasses various responsibilities, including identifying new business opportunities across multiple domains not limited to market research, networking, and open tenders. Also included in the responsibility would be project management, and commercial support. The incumbent will leverage their strong business acumen, technical expertise, and exceptional communication skills to drive success in these areas.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
- Proactively identify new business opportunities across various domains through methods such as market research, networking, relationship building and responding to open tenders.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop tailored proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
2. Project Management
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial concept to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance engineers, to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and performance closely, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and management to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or feedback promptly.
3. Commercial Support
- Provide commercial support by assisting in the preparation and presentation of quotations for prospective projects.
- Analyse project requirements and scope to determine resource needs, timelines, and accurate cost estimates.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that quotations align with business objectives and profitability targets.
- Work closely with the technical teams to develop accurate and competitive quotations for prospective projects.
- Assist the management in preparing and delivering technical presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept to prospective customers.
- Address questions and concerns throughout the sales cycle to help close deals.
4. Risk Management
- Identifying potential risks and challenges in projects and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Diploma holders with relevant experience can apply.
- Demonstrated success in business development and project management roles within the software industry.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and market trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
