They are seeking a talented and experienced Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for crypto-related roles and will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our growing organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the crypto industry.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain a strong network of candidates and industry professionals.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruiting for the crypto industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 -8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on hiring for crypto-related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for technical and non-technical roles in the crypto industry.
- Strong understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) and the crypto ecosystem
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Regional hiring experience will be advantageous.
