Strong interior background (min 3 years) in retail & F&B.
Propose creative concepts for commercial interior projects.
Able to develop project from client brief to creative concept, design development & completion/construction.
Manage contractors on site.
Able to juggle with multiple projects at a time, fast pace environment.
Skills

Start up mentality, able to work on different tasks at the same time.
Strong creative skills and able to turn creative concept into realistic design implementation.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Software, sketchup, Enscape & Autocad.
Able to translate ideas into sketches or collage – beyond moodboards.
Sketchup modeling skills & technical drawing drafting skills.
Possess a strong interior design & technical background.
Problem-solving and decision making skills, inter-personal skills.
