Location: Yishun
5-days work-week (9am to 6pm)
Responsibilities:
• Directly responsible for the laboratory processing and storage preparation of client’s umbilical cord blood units and cord tissue.
•Maintain the laboratory in a clean and organized condition.
•Generate clinical reports as required.
• Collaborate with the Laboratory Manager and Assistant Laboratory Manager to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
• Degree in Biomedical Science or related disciplines with at least 2 years of experience in blood banks / tissue banks / testing / pathology / research / commercial labs.
• Good aseptic technique, experience in tissue / plant culture and the handling of liquid nitrogen will be an added advantage.
• Experience in maintaining quality records will be an added advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility and a good team player
• Able to work independently and without supervision
• Required to work on weekends and public holidays
