SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Key Responsibility: Responsible for Field Instrument project proposal work and execute the project efficiently.
JOBDESCRIPTION:
1 To prepare quotation for field Instruments i.e. Pressure/Transmitter, Temperature Transmitter, Flow Meters, Analyzer instruments, Resales items etc.
2 Review of RFQ docs and analyse the project requirements.
3 Prepare detailed project proposal (Technical & Commercial), ensuring that it is covering all the project requirement and client expectations. Submit the proposal on or before the deadline.
4 Maintain confidentiality throughout the tender process.
5 To execute the project secured.
6 Prepare vendor documentations.
7 Process the orders to factory once key V-docs e.g. Spec Sheet, GA Dwg, Sizing.
8 Follow up delivery from factory and sub-vendors.
9 Ensure no delivery delay.
10 As-built Documentation.
EDUCATION:
Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
Second preference: Any diploma holder in engineering.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:
1. Process and Instrumentation technical knowledge.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
3. Well versed in MS Excel, PDF, Word, and MS Project.
