Responsibilities:
· Promote jewellery products and our services to walk-in customers
· Attend to customers' enquiries, order processing and provide after-sales support
· Apply excellent customer service skills, and basic negotiation skills when serving customers
· Responsive to customers’ needs with initiative and to ensure customer satisfaction
· Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well-presented
· Basic cashiering and housekeeping duties
· Stock replenishment and stock-taking
· Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
· Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
· Dynamic, proactive and sales-driven
· Team player with a positive working attitude
· Basic PC data entry skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
· Good spoken English and Mandarin to speak to clients from multilingual environments
· Candidate with experience in retail or jewellery sales skills is an added advantage.
· Able to work 8 days per month, retail hours, and public holidays
