Our client is one of the key players in the Logistics Industry and they are currently expanding their operations here in Singapore looking for experienced Business Development Executive/Senior Executive in Freight Forwarding/Logistics Industry.
Responsibilities:-
- To achieve Company’s business growth
- To meet and exceed objectives and KPIs through the development of new businesses, and expansion of existing ones via telephone contact
- To provide timely reporting on all sales activities
- Source for rates from carriers, overseas offices and agents
- Maintain effective teamwork and communications within BD
- Follow up on account receivables with clients
- Ensure adherence to Company’s policies on Compliance, Security, Code of Conduct etc
- To perform other duties and tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- At least Degree / Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant hunter sales experience in freight forwarding / logistics industry
- Good network with carriers, coleaders, overseas agents and suppliers
