Our client is an established firm in the Chemicals industry. They are looking for an experienced HR Executive to support the full spectrum of HR for its local operations.
About the job
Reporting to the HR Manager based in Malaysia, this role will support Singapore’s operation in areas including:
- Support HR operations including work pass applications / renewal, insurance renewal, onboarding / offboarding
- Ensure the end-to-end processing of local monthly payroll
- Drive, implement and improve HR policies and programmes in alignment to business objectives and local legislation
- Support other general admin and data entry functions
Skills and experience required
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ of HR generalist experience
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels
- Solid knowledge of local labor legislation and practices of Singapore
- Initiative, independent and self-motivated
