Associate Director, Strategy & Partnership
Our esteemed client seeking an individual to spearhead strategic direction, planning, and development of engagement in a highly collaborative and agile team.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate leads, provide development and facilitation support to various potential partnership tie-up
- Identify and seek participation in regional and international platforms to foster promotion of international relations and collaborations.
- Identify and establish strategic alliances and tie-ups with key stakeholders and partners, including government, companies and businesses, institutions, and associations.
- Lead the development and maintenance of the SOP, policies, and procedures for engagements with external parties on strategic collaborations.
- Execute communication strategies to foster and build strategic partnerships internally and externally.
- Supervise the management of the budgets related to the department, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient use of resources.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Masters, preferably in related fields.
- 10 years of working experience in partner & collaborations, and business development
- Over 8 years in a leadership role.
- Strong presentation and communication skills on a business level.
- Team player with good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills and able to work under tight deadlines.
