Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with organizational objectives and legal requirements.
- Provide support in all areas of HR including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR administration (including application, renewal and termination of work passes)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to selection.
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding process for new employees.
- Assist in the development and delivery of HR training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Support employee relations activities including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and employee files.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
- Stay informed about HR trends, best practices, and legal developments to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field with 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Proven organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS systems.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred but not required.
