Admin Assistant ( 9 months, up to $2390)
Location: Little India
Working Hours: Mon to Thur à 8.30am to 6pm,Fri à 8.30am to 5.30pm
Job description
- provide administrative support to the Division. This includes maintenance of quotation documents, filing and monitoring of records, updating databases entries, processing purchasing documents, scanning and digitisation.
- Checking rates for catalogue buy items.
- Any other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor(s).
Requirement
- 3 GCE O level passes including English/ Maths
- Good working knowledge in MS Office applications, especially with good proficiency in MS Excel.
- Pleasant personality and customer focused
- Able to work with minimal supervision
