Job Description
· Understand and gather project requirements from various stakeholders.
· Coordinate with developers on project needs and implementation.
· Communicate project expectations, milestones, and progress to team members and stakeholders.
· Assist in user testing of the systems before deployment.
· Monitor and handle all incidents related to the project until resolution.
Requirements
· Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in written and spoken English.
· Open to motivated candidates without experience (assisted by in-house technical team).
