As we embark on our latest expansion, we are seeking experienced, ambitious and committed team who are passionate and knowledgeable to build scale and traction.


Advertising & Event Sales Manager


Responsibilities

  • Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Conducting research on potential clients' products or services
  • Assist in the preparation of media kits and promotional plans
  • Manage and ensure the achievement of the assigned sales targets
  • Strategize and implement methods of increasing business opportunities and revenue
  • Make sales calls to new and existing clients and cross-selling to generate business leads
  • Meet clients to build positive relationships and clientele
  • Work closely with different departments such as recruitment, events, and development to expand company offerings.
  • Assist in sales campaigns to present relevant products and services to clients.
  • Build a pipeline through outbound activities and develop new qualified opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to TV and advertising media in Singapore.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on sales activities, revenue performance, and client feedback to management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize sales strategies and improve overall performance.

To Qualify

  • Proven success in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, ability to grasp product knowledge, resourceful, independent, strategic, and able to multi-task and respond effectively to customer needs are desirable traits
  • Min 3 years experience in sales, advertising, promotions, events
  • Proven track record in achieving assigned targets
  • Strong communication skills and command of English
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
  • Strong customer service skills`

Successful candidates can look forward to a vibrant international start-up culture with business travels across 11 markets. Very attractive annual sales commission and variable annual incentive.
