About the Role:
- Provide strong leadership, solution creation and analytical insights to create processes supporting Global Retail Strategy
- Coordinate different SMEs/Squad members to maximize results and execute strategy
- Support and work together with Sr. Stakeholder across Countries, Regions and Global teams to establish trusted relationships and influence decision making
- Work together with Business and Property teams to establish the Global Retail Portfolio Strategy and track progress in a regular basis
- Influence cross-functional teams who are responsible of the delivery Global Retail Strategies and programs bringing centralised and standardised approach across Property aligned with Global Property MTs
- Analyze and report performance metrics related to Branch Network, including Strategy, Financial, Investments, Projects, etc. and identify critical pain points to achieve the established targets
About You:
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Data and Analytics or equivalent
- Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex business documents.
- Ability to manage Sr. stakeholders and respond effectively to sensitive issues.
- Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics
- Knowledge of real estate service industry and terminology
- Knowledge of financial terms and principles (P&L, General Ledger, Capitalization, Assets Management, IFRS16, among others)
- Able to conduct complex financial / business analysis, including the preparation of complex reports
