Job Scope:
- Support Emergency Planning Committee (EPC) to plan, develop, review and enhance the Hospital’s capabilities to meet the growing challenges of medical and operational response to communicable disease outbreaks, civil and national emergencies
- Ensure Hospital is operational ready for emergencies such as Civil Emergencies, Pandemic Outbreak, National Emergencies etc
- To ensure management and maintenance of equipment, supplies issued by MOH well developed for the purpose of emergency preparedness
- Assist in the setup and management of Hospital Command Centre (HCC)
- Assist to plan and organize training for Hospital staff for Emergency Planning (EP) activities in accordance with MOH’s requirements
- Manage the budget and claims from MOH for Emergency Planning activities
- Be the Point of Contact and liaise with MOH or government agencies in the event of an Emergency
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree Holder with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Operations management / emergency planning
- Knowledge in project management and healthcare operations is preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS office
