I am currently working with a Medical Device new entrant to Singapore who are looking for a Commercial Head to drive their growth across APAC.
They currently have business across APAC and are generating revenue here, but they are looking for you to increase it. There will the opportunity to work with current distributors, bring in news ones as well as build out a commercial organisation here in Singapore.
You will be responsible for all things commercial, from setting strategy to execution, they are looking to rely on your knowledge of the region not dictate what they think will work. There could also be the opportunity for this role to expand into other regions across the globe too.
The Commercial Head will be responsible for:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive revenue growth across APAC, leveraging existing market presence and identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Collaborate with current distributors and establish relationships with new partners to strengthen market penetration and maximize sales potential.
- Lead the establishment of a robust commercial organization in Singapore, including sales, marketing, and distribution channels, to support business objectives effectively.
The Commercial Head will be/have:
- Proven track record of success in commercial leadership roles within the medical device industry, with a focus on driving revenue growth in diverse markets.
- Good distribution network connections within APAC
- Degree qualified
- Chinese/Mandarin proficiency preferred for internal & external communications and engagement
