Scope:
- Provide excellent front desk reception duties, managing internal and external stakeholders professionally and promptly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable reception area, equipped with all necessary materials.
- Offer beverages to visitors in meeting rooms.
- Manage incoming calls appropriately.
- Oversee all aspects of meeting rooms, including coordinating and scheduling external client meetings.
- Provide technical support, such as uploading presentations and facilitating Teams/Video call connections.
- Maintain records of business travels for internal audit purposes.
- Take responsibility for postal and courier services, both locally and internationally.
- Provide facilities management support to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of logistics and support services in the office environment.
- Maintain an adequate stock of stationery and pantry supplies.
- Verify invoices and provide procurement support by sourcing related vendors, evaluating quotations, and making recommendations.
- Assist with other ad-hoc office administrative duties as assigned.
