RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position is for Office Integrated Information Technology Services (IITS).
- Lead the planning and execution of project.
- Manage project plan, schedule, budget and resources.
- Manage project team, stakeholders, vendors and outsourcing contracts.
- Monitor and report project status to the project steering committee, stakeholders and team.
- Deliver project and system documentation according to the Project Development Methodology.
- Form good user relations by cultivating trust and building good rapport with users.
- Conduct post implementation reviews to gather users' feedback.
- Assist supervisor to review and QC team members' deliverables.
- Degree / Diploma in Computer Science or IT.
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience, with a proven track record and minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a project manager in HR, Finance and Procurement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformation projects.
- Extensive project leadership / management experience and proficient in project management methodology, techniques and tools, including vendor and contract management.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP, CITPM) preferred.
- Experience in business process management (preferably in human resources and faculty administration, financial and procurement administration) and certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP) will be advantageous.
- Good knowledge of software development life cycles and structured project development methodology.
- Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, conflict management and persuasive skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to multi-task and take on concurrent projects.
