The Bank’s Group Finance is looking for a Senior PM/BA to work on the transformation of the finance reporting from all the regions and entities globally.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Drive project deliverables and ensure alignment with Metier Business and Group Finance requirements within defined timelines and estimates.
- Maintain a clear understanding of project scope and manage change requests to prevent scope creep.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and structuring capabilities to oversee project activities and deliveries.
- Prepare project estimations and capacity planning.
- Manage stakeholders, including Senior Sponsors and Business Users.
- Lead and manage the SteerCo (Steering Committee) meetings.
- Plan and oversee delivery milestones from project conceptualization to go-live.
- Monitor and control project deliveries while proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
- Manage arbitration and conflict resolution with sponsors and stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain project governance documentation.
- Collaborate effectively within a global team, including stakeholders from Europe and Asia.
Ideal candidate:
- Hands-on experience in IT system implementations including: Financial Accounting, Liquidity Management, Counterparty Credit-risk reporting, Finance Regulatory Reporting, Core banking ...
- Demonstrated experience in Banking Wealth Management industry
- Highly organized and structured
- Experience throughout IT project lifecycle: requirements analysis, workshops, testing, stakeholder management
- Good knowledge of product lifecycle (loans, deposits, derivatives, Guarantees, securities)
- Understanding of Accounting/Finance group reporting system implementation lifecycle
- Knowledge of information flow and business functions in financial services/banking
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks under pressure
- Experience conducting workshops with business teams and challenging requirements
- Effective collaboration with teams across different regions
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- PMP certified / Scrum certification advantageous
