Job Summary
Monitors IBX Infra and security, maintains the systems and solves systems issues.
Responsibilities:
· System Monitoring

Qualifications:
· Degree in computer related field
· 3-4 years of relevant customer service/ admin work experience
· Customer service oriented
· Able to commit to shift work
