Job Responsibilities:
- Issuance of policy contracts and endorsements
- Issuance of policy adjustment, member movement
- Responsible for premiums computation and experience refund
- Ensure tax invoices / endorsement schedules / medical cards are issued timely
- Liaise with direct clients / agents on employee benefits related queries via all channels
- Fronting of digital solutions to clients / agents to champion for digitisation
- Attend to escalations independently and recommend sound resolutions
- Ensure the accuracy of records entries & proper documentation
- Participate in projects which improve operations efficiency and effectively review the current processes and initiate improvement
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) prior to deployment of changes in system
- Provide administrative support and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Team Lead
- Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
- Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
- Highlight any potential concerns / risks and proactively shares best risk management practices
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Banking / Finance or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in insurance administration / business processing
- Highly proficient in MS Excel
