Job Responsibilities:
- Search and secure new leads from the medical devices’ OEMs, preferrable from USA, Europe, and Australia.
- Strategize business development plans for CDMO services.
- Presentation of Company’s services to potential customers.
- Co-work with Program Management team to generate competitive proposals and secure the business through effective negotiations.
- Build up strong business case, market, and industry sizing.
- Attends conferences, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of OEMs from Medical or Healthcare Devices industries (outside China).
- Good knowledge of EMS or CDMO range of services.
- Good knowledge of electronics and mechanical engineering.
- Strong knowledge in market and industry dynamics.
- Working knowledge in legal contracts like Manufacturing Service Agreement.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint (strong presentation skills).
- Good spoken and written skills in Mandarin.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in the medical device industry with a combination of experiences in sales, marketing, business development.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in electronic/mechanical engineering, preferably with qualification in Business Administration as well.
