Our client is seeking candidates with a proven track record in IT systems implementation within the healthcare sector, possessing a deep understanding of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and proficiency in process analysis and relevant software applications.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to thoroughly grasp their operational processes and requirements.
- Provide support to the Reporting Officer in the procurement, acquisition, and implementation phases of IT systems, particularly focusing on Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
- Identify and recommend suitable IT solutions aimed at optimizing and enhancing business operations.
- Take ownership of troubleshooting and resolving daily IT system issues within specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Liaise effectively with vendors, key stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems.
- Lead, execute, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and conduct end-user training sessions.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as necessary to meet project objectives.
- Provide operational support for IT systems.
Requirements:
- Possession of a recognized Professional Certificate/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
- Over 5 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 2 years in an application analyst role.
- Hands-on involvement in IT systems implementation, with a preference for experience in EMR or other clinic-related systems.
- Proficiency in process and workflow mapping and analysis.
- Strong skills in MS Project, MS Visio, MS Excel, and other relevant applications.
