Role and responsibilities:
- Act as an escalation point of contact for Customers and within Amadeus for Projects/Competency Center related issues.
- Manage contracts and ensure its appropriate execution.
- Establish reviews and reporting of deliverables, roadmap, milestones, resources, capacity consumption, issues and risks.
- Set up and run the governance structure with Airline and within Amadeus and ensure regular reporting to the Steering Committee.
- Manage stakeholders’ communication within Amadeus and Airline.
- Accountable for the committed Projects/Competency Center Profit & Loss, Business Development and its year or year renewal until the end of the assignment as well as define the processes for financial reporting and invoicing.
- Coordinate with all the teams involved in the delivery of Services per the Amadeus Services methodology and ensures on time and quality delivery of Amadeus Commitments.
- Manage Projects/Competency Center constraints, issues and risks and propose mitigation measures.
- Enforce change control procedures for any change impacting the scope and or the schedule and or the costs.
- Establish reviews of Projects/Competency Center deliverables, roadmap, milestones, resources, capacity consumption, issues and risks.
- Chair Senior Management and Executive Competency Center Governance meetings internally and externally, and report on progresses, issues and risks.
- Manage the Customer Relationship at Executive and Senior Management level throughout the Delivery process.
- Proactively recommend process and service improvement based on understanding of Customer challenges.
- Ensure all Customer Programs and Services are delivered on time, to cost and according to Amadeus Regional targets and to track customer satisfaction in the Delivery Process.
- Support to Amadeus Sales forces in pre-sales for Implementation and Professional Services.
- Establish the optimal regional resourcing requirements to support the regional objectives.
- Manage any contract changes and ensure deliverables are in line with the Customer contract, involve Legal in reviewing all the program governances, documents (e.g. minutes, decision), etc…
- Ensure Projects/Competency Centers invoices are done per agreed business case with support from Business Control Team
About ideal candidate:
- University degree in IT or Computer Science.
- Overall understanding of Project Management Principles and Methodology and Amadeus Altea Products (RES, DCS, INV, DIGITAL)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Possess strong negotiation skills
- Able to build healthy relationships within the organization to get work done through others.
- Self-motivated and ability to work effectively as a team player.
- High degree of autonomy and structured work approach while still reporting the activity at management level
- Able to multi-task, work on tight deadlines and manage pressure
- Adapt readily to changes and shifting priorities
