Job Summary:
The Pre-Sales Manager in Learning Technologies is responsible for assisting the sales team in proposing solutions that include online learning platforms e.g. Learning Management Systems (LMS), eLearning content, and other educational technologies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Customize learning technology solutions based on specific educational needs and institutional requirements.
- Conduct tailored demos and presentations to educators, administrators, and decision-makers, showcasing how the solution enhances learning outcomes.
- Interact with educational institutions' IT and academic departments to gauge technology needs and requirements.
- Generate educational proposals and RFP responses with a focus on learning outcomes, scalability, and ROI.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge about educational technologies, from Learning Management Systems to AI-driven educational tools.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand the educational goals of prospective clients and how technology can be leveraged to achieve those goals.
- Train internal teams on the pedagogical aspects of learning technologies to ensure a unified approach to problem-solving.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Customer Success, and Implementation Teams to ensure that proposed solutions are feasible and meet customers’ needs.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role in the EdTech or learning technologies sector
- Deep understanding of eLearning standards such as SCORM, xAPI, etc.
- Ability to travel as required
